The return of the product or order must be made within 15 days from your receipt.
Your first change is free for products worth more than 35,00€.
Charge 2€ for change in products worth up to 35,00
Switch to discounted products from 50% and above the charge is 3,00€.
Product returns are made only with the cooperating couriers.
No changes are made with the manual process as quality control of your return is necessary.
In case of change for the second time the shipping cost is 4,00€

In this way, the net value of the product/s you will return to us is returned, excluding transport or cash on delivery as they are services that concern third parties.

Your order is sent by the courier cooperating with us, to the address and information you give us during your purchase process.
We ship within 1-2 business days.
Usual courier delivery time is 1-3 working days outside remote areas which may be 4-6 days.

In case of your absence at the time of delivery, the courier will usually try to deliver you once more the next day or the day after and depending on the area you are in.

If you still didn't receive it, your order will remain for a few days in the courier's store and then it will be returned to us.
In the event of a undeliverable shipment, your next order must first be paid for in order to be shipped.

If you receive a product that has a defect you should notify us as soon as possible so that we can deal with it immediately.
Our company in this case will either replace the product for you or refund you the money.
If the defect is amenable to some kind of repair that will not affect the durability and the appearance of the product, it can be done by us without any charge to you.
The obligation of our company ceases in the event that the defect has been caused by you or the product being returned is damaged, dirty, creased and generally creates the impression that it has been worn or used more than is necessary to determine its suitability.
The return of the defective product should be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 10 days.
It is sent at our own expense, but always with the courier cooperating with us.
