The following General Terms of Use govern the offer and sale of products on the "www.topshoes.gr" website.

Topshoes.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms of this contract and the trading conditions and undertakes the obligation to update this text in case of any change or addition to the terms.

All branded products that we have at TopShoes.gr are 100% authentic and purchased from the companies that manufacture them or from their respective agencies in Greece and abroad.

If you are under 16, you must have your parent/guardian's consent before placing an order or providing any personal information.

Your navigation as a visitor or user as well as any transaction on the topshoes.gr website means that you unreservedly agree to the following terms and conditions because its use implies acceptance of all.

It is assumed that the visitor or user has read, understood and accepted all the following terms of use.

In case the visitor or user does not agree with these terms of use, he must not make any use of the services and its content.

1. ORDER – RECEIPT AND PROCESSING

After browsing our online store you can choose the products you like and place them in your shopping cart.
You can see and edit your shopping cart, at any time of your browsing, directly, from the icon you will find on the top right.
In order to proceed with the purchase of the products you have chosen, you will be asked to fill in your details in the purchase form.
In order to serve you better, make sure that all the information you are asked for is correct and complete, so that your order can be sent and the products delivered as soon as possible.
In the event that some information is considered incomplete or incorrect, the order will not be executed immediately, but we will try to contact you for any corrections.
If this is not possible, the order will be cancelled.
After choosing a transport company and payment method, you must accept the terms that govern the transaction between us.
You are responsible for the correctness and legality of the information you filled in the purchase form.
Upon completion of your purchase, you will be redirected to a page that will inform you of the successful outcome of your order.
At the same time, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided with the details of your order.
Your orders are received by our company subject to availability control of the products you have chosen.
In case of unavailability of a product, we will try to contact you as soon as possible by phone, in order to agree on a modification or cancellation of your order.
If telephone communication is not possible, an e-mail will be sent to you in order to get in touch with us.
If this is not done within 3 days from the date of your order, then your request is automatically cancelled.
There is also the possibility, during the product control and before your order is shipped, that a product does not meet our specifications to be shipped, in which case you will be informed immediately about the outcome of your order.
Your order, depending on the time and day you submitted it, is confirmed and executed by us within 1-2 business days.

2. SHIPMENT OF ORDER – DELIVERY

When the order is in the final stage and the dispatch note is issued by the respective courier, you will be informed by message to the e-mail address that you indicated, with all the information necessary to track it.
The shipment is made by a courier of our choice or the customer's from our available options.
The products are delivered by the courier to the address you have stated during your order or upon receipt by the corresponding courier store in your area.
The delivery time of the products depends on the area where the customer is located.
Usually the delivery time within urban areas with the couriers we cooperate with is 1-3 working days.
In more remote areas and on our islands, delivery varies depending on how remote or not the customer's area is and many times it has to do with the local courier agent.
The time of receipt in these cases reaches 2-5 working days.
In some islands, especially in the winter season, a longer delay is possible, which is usually due to the infrequent ship routes.
Our company bears no responsibility in case there is a delay in the delivery of your order and from the moment it has been sent by us in the times we mentioned.
Regarding the couriers, as delays have been detected in cases where they have a large volume to manage, we try to be in communication with them for your best service.
We are not responsible for delays that may occur in shipments, due to adverse weather conditions or cases of force majeure such as e.g. strikes or lockdowns we experienced due to covid-19.
We are not responsible in case of non-delivery or delay by the local courier representative for any reason.
In such cases, you should contact us as soon as possible, so that we can try to settle the matter in consultation with the headquarters of the respective courier.
In the event that an order is delayed longer than the normally expected period of time, please contact us immediately.
For the best and fastest service, we would recommend that you quote the order number sent to you in the email.
In the event of a change in the shipping address and after your order has already been sent to the address you had stated, there will be an additional fee corresponding to that charged by the courier.
Saturday deliveries are made by telephone only.

3. SHIPPING COST AND METHOD OF SHIPMENT

GREECE

  • Orders up to 35,00€ by courier are charged with 3,00€ figuratively.
  • Orders up to 35,00€ with delivery to a Box Now locker is charged with 2,00€ figuratively.
  • All orders over 35,00€ sent Free.
  • Η pay on delivery regardless of the amount, a fee is charged 2,50€
    Higher cash on delivery amount is the 150€

Shipping time 1-2 days and delivery in normal conditions 1-3 working days except very remote areas.
Orders of large volume and weight are sent with a transport company of our choice and not necessarily with a courier.
Shipments with Box Now locker delivery service.
In case you wish to collect your shipment from its lockers Box Now you should choose the locker that suits you by putting your postal code in the window that will open after clicking on: Choose pick-up point (Locker). After choosing the point, usually in 24-36 hours your package will be in the locker.
The company will immediately send you an SMS message to your mobile phone with the code that opens the parcel box.
By typing the code you received into the Locker, the locker door opens and your parcel is received!
Please note that Box Now Lockers are open day and night, 7 days a week.
Also important, is that the parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours and you can request an extension of another 24 hours from the company.
In case of cash on delivery, the company sends you a payment link by credit or debit card.
After you have paid you will be able to receive your package with the process described above.

CYPRUS

Your order is sent by General Post in cooperation with a corresponding Cypriot courier and the following charges apply.

  • (1) product transportation 9,00€
  • Two (2) transportation products 16,00€
  • Three (3) products 21,00€
  • Four (4) products 27,00€

EUROPE

Your order is shipped by DHL courier and the following charges apply.

  • Two (2) transportation products 24,90€
  • Three (3) transportation products 34,90€

Payment is via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
DHL will inform you about the delivery time.

4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash on Delivery

There is a fee for the cash on delivery payment method 2,50€ and is only available for deliveries within Greece.
Higher amount of cash on delivery is the 150€.
Upon receipt of your order by the courier employee, payment is made in cash or credit/debit card once the courier has the appropriate pos.
Caution: Orders over €150 with cash on delivery will not be executed.

CREDIT CARD

The safest way for your online purchases. For credit card payments there is the possibility of three (3) interest-free installments on orders over €60,00. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "epay eCommerce" in collaboration with Piraeus bank. Our company does not keep any details of the card used during the payment.
During this period a 5% discount applies to all pre-paid orders using a credit or debit card.

PAYPAL

Payment by PayPal is made under the terms of transactions imposed by the company PayPal.

Deposits from a different bank have charges that are borne solely by the customer.
Either the order number or the name you stated on the order form should be written on the deposit slip.
If one of the two above is not listed and you do not notify us, your order will not be executed.
During this period an additional 5% discount applies to all prepaid orders with bank deposit.
After depositing the money, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@topshoes.gr or by phone at 2118000494 to let us know that the deposit has been made and as soon as the payment of the order is confirmed, it will be executed as soon as possible.

5. PRICES OF PRODUCTS

The prices include value added tax (VAT) which amounts to 24%.
Our company has the right at any time and without prior notice to change the selling prices for its products.
Product prices may differ between our physical and online stores. Our company is not responsible and does not cover any difference in product prices in the event that the customer subsequently discovered the existence of a lower price in the online store, compared to the physical store or vice versa.
Our company, in the context of the proper operation of our online store, is not responsible for any errors in prices, discount promotions, availability, photography, features, etc. that may be due to technological, typographical, human errors, incorrect information from suppliers or even through her negligence.
In cases of serious error, any order will be canceled and we will contact you.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

GREECE

Briefly:
Time frame for product return or withdrawal 15 days.
New service extending the time limit to 30 days with a cost 1,50€
Free change in value products over 35,00 €
Charge €2 for the change in value products up to € 35,00
Change to products with discount from 50% and above η charge is 3,00€.
In case retreat, the customer undertakes the return of the product or his order, with a courier of his choice and at his own expense.
In case of return/withdrawal at our own expense, the fee is €3,00 and is only made with a partner courier.
All returns are made to the address below as we do not accept returns from any other location.

Details:
After receiving the product you have the right to return or change your order.
You should first contact us, either by e-mail at info@topshoes.gr or by phone at 2118000494 & 2221023714.
Η restitution of the product or order must to become within 15 days from its receipt.
Your first change is free for value products above of 35,00€.
In other words, the return is at our expense, as is the new shipment regarding your change.
After you contact us and we are informed about the product(s) you want to change we will inform you about the process and reserve the new product(s) you want.
No changes are made with the manual process as quality control of your return is necessary.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Our company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.
The return is made exclusively with the same courier from which you received your order.
No return/exchange with another courier other than the one you received is accepted unless there is an agreement between us.
All documentation, promotional brochures, or anything else that came with the product or products you wish to return must be enclosed.
Once your return has been received and checked, the corresponding product(s) you selected for your exchange will be shipped immediately.
If the cost of the original product you are exchanging is greater than your new order, you can ask us to refund you the difference by depositing it into a bank account of your choice, or you can use this amount in your next purchase at topshoes.gr.
In this case we will send you a discount code that you can use on your next purchase.
If the cost of changing the product you want to make exceeds the price of your original order, and you want to pay with the cash on delivery method, then you are charged with the costs of cash on delivery which are €2,50 plus the price difference which you pay to courier upon receipt.
If it is possible to deposit into our bank account, the cash on delivery charge does not apply and you only pay the amount of the difference.
In case the product you want to change is worth less than €35,00 there is a charge for your first change 2,00€.
And in this case you should contact us to reserve the product(s) and arrange all other related actions which are the same as for the free changes, except for their different charge.
For products with a discount of 50% or more, the charge for the change process is €3,00.
Changes are made only to items of the same season. In the case of a discounted item or offer, the change is made only with a discounted item or offer respectively.
Especially for sales periods, the changes are made with the current prices of the products.
We make sure that the products leave us in perfect condition. Nevertheless, in the event that, despite our attention, you receive a product in a defective condition, you must inform us immediately and at most within 5 working days of the fact so that it can be returned as soon as possible, checked and a new product sent.
In the event that the order is returned because it was not received by you, after an effort by the courier company as well as ours, in the event of a new order or re-execution it will have to be paid before it is sent.

In case change for a second time the shipping cost is 4,00€ regardless of the price of the product and it concerns the return of a product by you and the shipment of a product by us, always with the respective courier that we cooperate with.
For price difference and cash on delivery, what we have mentioned above applies.
Caution: For products that have been purchased in our physical store, changes are only accepted in the store with their current prices.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order after contacting us as soon as possible either by phone at 2118000494 or by e-mail at info@topshoes.gr.
This can be done up to the time you receive the e-mail for the shipment of your order.
Once the order is received by the courier and due to the fact that there is a charge to us, the next order will have to be paid before it is shipped.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving your order you have the right of withdrawal.
You should contact us by e-mail at info@topshoes.gr or by phone at 2118000494 to let us know and help you with whatever is needed.
Caution: In the case of withdrawal, the return transport costs are borne by the customer and the shipment should only be made to the address we designate as headquarters and not to be received from a different point as it will not be received by us.
Alternatively, the return of the products can be done at our own expense after we first inform you about the process.
The return is made exclusively with our company's cooperating courier.
In this case there is a charge 3,00€ from the value of the product.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Our company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.
The return of the product must be made within 15 days of receipt and enclose all documents or anything else that accompanied the product.
Your money will be refunded depending on your payment method or in the form of an electronic voucher to your e-mail for a future purchase from our online store after receiving your return.
The refund does not include any extra charges such as cash on delivery, Saturday delivery, specific delivery time or anything else that adds an extra charge to your order.
Money based on the current legal framework is returned within 14 days from receipt of your return.
In case of a deposit to a different bank, the transfer is borne by the beneficiary (customer) and not by the depositor (topshoes.gr).
Any case involving a refund from the company to the buyer is always understood as interest-free.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case your purchase has been made in our physical store.
Can I return an order with an invoice?
Orders for which an invoice has been issued cannot be returned due to cancellation.
Every purchase with an invoice is a contract between two parties for the acquisition of products intended for professional and not personal use. Since the seller has shipped the correct product, which has no manufacturing defect, the contract does not give the buyer a right of withdrawal. The above results from the 1st paragraph 1 of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection.
However, if the product you received is not the same as the one in the product description on topshoes.gr or is defective, then you can return it according to the conditions that apply to these products.

CYPRUS – EUROPE

Changes from orders outside Greece for now are not accepted unless the product you received is not the one you ordered. After receiving your order, you should contact us immediately at info@topshoes.gr or by phone at +302118000494.
The return shipment must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt of the order.
In this case there is no charge for you and the return and shipping costs are borne by us.
In order to accept the replacement of the product, it must not have been used, be in its original condition and packaging.
In case of withdrawal and refund, the following applies:
All costs related to transport, banking or other costs incurred during the shipment and return of the order are borne exclusively by the buyer.

Defective products

All products are always checked before shipping.
In the event that we detect a defect, you will be notified immediately.
If the defect is minor, we usually send photos of the product for you to see and decide whether you want it or not.
In some cases, a new price can be agreed.
If the product defect is quite obvious and cannot be improved, you will be notified to cancel the order.
However, if you receive a product that has a defect, you should notify us as soon as possible so that we can deal with it immediately.
Our company in this case will either replace the product for you or refund you the money.
If the defect is amenable to some kind of repair that will not affect the durability and the appearance of the product, it can be done by us without any charge to you.
The obligation of our company ceases in the event that the defect has been caused by you or the product being returned is damaged, dirty, creased and generally creates the impression that it has been worn or used more than is necessary to determine its suitability.
The return of the defective product should be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 10 days.
It is sent at our own expense, but always with the courier cooperating with us.

7. GENERAL REGULATION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR) DATA COLLECTION AND USE, SECURITY, PRIVACY.

In the context of the new European legislation for the protection of personal data GDPR, the relevant terms of use for the security of transactions and the privacy policy follow.

9. OBLIGATIONS & RIGHTS OF THE CUSTOMER

In the latter case, the customer guarantees the acceptance of the present conditions by the end user of the product.
The customer acknowledges that the rendering of colors may deviate from reality in terms of shades and tones, as they are rendered by electronic machines, the settings of which are affected by many parameters and defined by the capabilities of each machine and the individual user.
The customer has the right to exchange products of equal or different value, as long as they have not been used or processed, within 15 calendar days of their receipt. The customer has the right to withdraw within 15 calendar days of receipt, returning the product in its original condition at his own expense.
The customer can request that we delete all their data from our website.
